At the moment, I am developing the TZX format to create a tool (txt2tzx) that works standalone.
I don't know if anyone has studied and implemented this.
Obviously, not considering the work done on EightyOne emulator.

There are any emulators and still people create their own emulator.

As long as you have fun in it that is enough reason to do it.
