Quick-Silva use to be designed by the "Quick-Silva" manufacturer…
But, on all QS cards the manufacturer is INDESCOMP (Madrid / Spain).

QS certainly made their own hardware. Apparently, QS licensed some games from Indescomp at one point (see the wikipedia article). That may have had something to do w/ Indescomp manufacturing QS hardware.
