Out of curiosity, is it possible to fail in Chain Reaction? I've never got to the end of a game. I'm guessing this is maybe why Dr B wrote a new version with "lives".

I don't recall after all this time. It probably just means you get stuck and can't make any more moves. I'd have to re-read the code for it.

Yeah, I *think* I've reached a point here where there definitely aren't any more moves. I guess it'd take quite a lot of code to recognise failure and that's not going to be an option in 1K so the player has to do it themselves.
