Jupiter ACE (again)
Re: Jupiter ACE (again)
Mine look quite similar. Thanks a lot for your help. Mine also has an acrylic case.
What is still missing is the Jupiter color card and the Jupiter SD interface
Kind regards Paul

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.
Re: Jupiter ACE (again)

Re: Jupiter ACE (again)
I'm on my way to Mahlerts. There is our annual ZX-TEAM meeting this weekend. As soon as I have setup my table I will take a photo and post it here. In case there would really be no color software, let's write some!

Hi Mathias
It looks good and works However, be very careful with the Speccy heatsink as it may short +5V rail to the GND on the board.

Re: Jupiter ACE (again)
Thanks - the heatsink is isolated (adhesive tape) but only for testing. I want to bend an original style heatsink. This is the reason why the 7805 was used.

Re: Jupiter ACE (again)
Now with keyboard layer and another heatsink as interim solution until I get the aluminium sheet for an original style heatsink:

And finally:
For replica owners: I have some heatsinks (and rom labels) left, please drop me a message

Your Juppie looks like the original one
Anyway I am prototyping with SDHC cards thanks to @roganjosh. 3-in-1 interface would have SDHC card reader, 32K RAM and AY chip on board.
And a teaser: SDHC in action
