More playing with ZonX.

I have this old program call "Gamme" which prints out, LPRINTs actually, a
note's true frequency and then the ZX81/ZonX's closest approximation.

However, it just prints the results, I've modified it to actually play the
notes, as it prints the calculations.

I don't know who wrote "Gamme", but gamme is French for scales so maybe Xavsnap.
