Sinclair Zx Spectrum: absolutely better ...

Hi,
I just deleted the broken links in my browser's "favorites" folder, and I found this story - again. (very nostalgic) :D

Hi, thank you for this great reading! But, perhaps the Science of Cambridge is best - it is the fastest with lots of RAM, has the best BASIC, and the best colour graphics :)

A mostly complete and useful comparison.

Now I don't feel so bad, I couldn't afford a "real" computer.

Funny story thanks!

A very amusing read!

Funnily enough hardly anyone at my school had C64s. It was mostly Spectrums and a few beebs (me and a few of my mates - I had gone ZX81, Spectrum 16K and then beeb model B).
All of our arguments inevitably ended up with the fact that the beeb cost nearly three times as much as a Spectrum. There was no way back from that one...
ZX81 iss 1 (bugged ROM, kludge fix, normal, rebuilt)
Iss 3 ZXVid
TS 1000 iss 3, ZXPand AY, ZX8-CCB, ZX-KDLX & ChromaSCART
TS 1500
TS 2000
Spectrum 16k (iss 1 s/n 1499)
Various Spectrum 48ks plus a DIVMMC future and SPECTRA

were the typo's ever fixed? also, why is there a mixed Italian-English Q&A?
