i was more thinking it could be useful to look at the samples/ornaments/effect parameters of a song that you think has a particularly nice sounding then you could save them individually and use then in your own compositions.
You mean <cough> a ripper?<cough>
Benylin anyone, A ripper if it pinches part of the song then yes but for LOOKING at samples
How very dare You Charles, stand in the corner and repeat after Me " I must not encourage plagiarism" a thousand times.
Getting there
This is a cracking little gizmo Andy
That tutorial You recommended is great, nearly finished a short bit of the DR Who theme.
I think You should have kept the REPEAT and REPLEN function of version 1 though, just the repeat function in the sample editor is not quite the same in effect. or maybe I have had too many beers!!
Anyhow here's just the Rhythm and drum pattern as best as I can make out from the tutorial, melody line to follow
oh yeah, while i'm still here, i'm pretty sure the looping thing still works the same as setting numbers on a menu, but thought that a visual aid might work better. the way the player works it always plays a sample from beggining to end (if it given enough time to do so) then it checks to see if there are loop parameters set and starts looping.
Regards Andy
what's that Smell.... smells like fresh flux and solder fumes...
