where i can find now, a new ULA for my ZX81?
The vLA81 is still aviabale somewhere at decent price?

Original new ULAs are now rather rare.
You do know that there are three versions?
It’s possible a member here may have one they no longer require. Or you can try trading sites like eBay. It’s also worthwhile having a look on Sell My Retro.
As far as I know, the vLA81 is still being made, but trade is being affected by the COVID19 Corona virus restrictions. You can check all the sellers listed here but they all appear to have none for sale.
