RC2014 Forum!

Post by dessony »

Hello everyone,

There are a few gentlemen who cannibalized their own ZX81s and put their computer parts on their RC2014 Z80 platforms. https://rc2014.co.uk/tag/zx81/

ZX81 Core Board for RC2014 Z80 Platform. And run a web translator from German to English on this web-link: http://forum.tlienhard.com/phpBB3/viewt ... f=2&t=2933

Both web-links are real 100% AWESOME! :o Double Thumbs up!

Cheers,

Andy,
I bought a ZX81 ULA replacement module from you. :-)

Everyone else,
Also, I have the ULAs bearing 184 and 210. I ordered a ZX81 core board for the RC2014 Z80 platform last week. I expected that the board will arrive my mailbox next week or so. I might have to order a few BC547 and BC548 transistors and other electronic parts.

I believe you also have to “adjust” your RC2014 system to provide the bus “isolating” resistors and to adjust the ROM and RAM controls.

Step up to red alert. Sir, are you absolutely sure? It does mean changing the bulb :!:

David Roper and Spencer Owen designed their own ZX81 Core Boards separately! Mr. Roper seems finished his own board and is ready to sell. Mr. Owen somewhat suspended his own board project. However, these two nice gentlemen are located in England(U.K.).
