These pages from the later third edition include the corrections relevant to the pages I included in the above post, but have a completely different page numbering.
This is partly due to Sinclair dropping the chapter title pages.

PRINT DOUBLE SIDED THEN CUT IN HALF AND DISCARD LAST BLANK HALF-PAGE.
