I was soooooo happy to buy 3 original ula's from a chap on ebay ( some months ago ) , BUT ..............

All of them are dead as a doornail !!
So now i am still in the need of at least one ula .


Is there anyone out there who has one for a reasonable price ??

I belive most use the vLA81 ULA replacement today, as they are available.

the EU regulations make buying abroad a very very expensive experience .

And as our customs are trained to sofisticate all foreign parcels ..............................

so hoping for someone inner-eu who has one for sale at a normal price .

On this post, they say you should use Etsy when located in EU.

Etsy states on their homepage, that if the seller buys the shipping label from Etsy, then the IOSS electronic registration is sent by Etsy, thus the receiver (you) will not receive an extra customs fee.

even then i end up with a price more than 2x the original one .

zx81 are not a real item sold at kristies every day i assume .....................

a hobby must remain a hobby .

as far as i know UK is not part of the eu ..................................


and our customs like to "reward" the buyer with about doubling the price and then charging 21% vat .

All strict according EU regulations to protect the eu-inner manufacturers .


Oh , i did not know anyone is making ula replacements in the eu
