May it helps you? write to Phill, he will answer you properly.

The price is pretty low compared with other solutions.

Hi Popopo.

The question was for a ULA for a ZX81, so neither ULA+ or Nebula ULA will work, as they are for ZX Spectrum.
That's right, sorry,
I am a newbie about ULA.
Whatever do you need a ULA for ZX81 yet?

The ULA for the ZX81 has currently two replacements:
  • Andy’s ULA
  • vLA81
These are often cheaper than an original ULA, as the original ULAs are getting rarer.

The replacement ULA often has
added some of these features:
  • M1NOT mod to enable machine language in high memory, that Sinclair intended for data area only
  • Swap black/white on the screen.
  • Built-in back porch video fix
  • Enable RAM in ROM area.

@Aurelbios
Found one in the bay (Original 184), but works well with my composite mod.
