The question was for a ULA for a ZX81, so neither ULA+ or Nebula ULA will work, as they are for ZX Spectrum.

That's right, sorry,
I am a newbie about ULA.
Whatever do you need a ULA for ZX81 yet?

The ULA for the ZX81 has currently two replacements:

Andy’s ULA
vLA81

These are often cheaper than an original ULA, as the original ULAs are getting rarer.

The replacement ULA often has
added some of these features:

M1NOT mod to enable machine language in high memory, that Sinclair intended for data area only
Swap black/white on the screen.
Built-in back porch video fix
Enable RAM in ROM area.
