Also this another one...

In my opinion both solutions are a little expensive, but if you think it is worthy... choose your preference...
Just an advice... better an ULA+ :)

Hope it will be helpful somehow

A ULA for which machine? For a ZX81 / TS1000 or for a ZX Spectrum?

Topic changed. The ULA has to be for ZX81.

So, as far as I am aware, all stocks of the original ULA chips are sold out. Ian of Mutant Caterpillar may still have some, but will only fit them as a repair due to being unable to obtain new ULAs.

Your best bet is to obtain a vLA81 (see also the link in an earlier post).

Other than that, it’s a case of obtaining another ZX81 or TS1000 and using it as a donor machine.

Hi Popopo.

The question was for a ULA for a ZX81, so neither ULA+ or Nebula ULA will work, as they are for ZX Spectrum.
