I'm not sure what it is worth, that's why I was asking for offers.
I know they are very hard to get ahold of. None on ebay for awhile.

I would prefer to sell it in the states just because of the shipping hassle.

I also have a collection of other sinclair / timex sinclair stuff you might be interested in.

For no other reason than need to know.

The Issue three Zxpand if ever used with the AY daughter board will only experience the sound of silence due to Charlie forgetting to make a clock connection to the AY unit. A simple point to point wire connection solves this and whilst it probably won't ever be a problem to normal users who aren't interested in AY it is something to remember.

Other than that a most excellent workhorse.

That surprises me, as normally not a month goes by without someone asking about either the ZXpand or about modern storage.

In terms of price, they were I believe around £50 when new. It’s been quite some time (many years) since they were introduced. And since then the ZXpand+ was introduced. But the designer/manufacturer has not made any model for at least three years (probably longer).

Just about everyone here has one barring the odd few plus being state-side I would imagine the cost of shipping would be fairly high and also it has no AY which is standard on the ZXpand plus version and would need a slight re-wire even if someone already had the AY daughter board.

I would have been interested but you already said you want to sell it in the states rather than UK.

I'm also on the waiting list for when SirMorris restart production - so rather than give hassle of posting to the Uk, I'm happy to wait for one here too.

I wouldn't bank on him doing new Zxpands any time soon (work real life and all that) so if you get a chance to pick one up here or locally grab it.
