Agree on this one... :(

I propose that users who only (or almost exclusively) use their account to post in the Sales section, be treated as spammers. And thus removed / blocked / banned / whatever. Above user would be a good example, just check this user's previous posts to see what I mean.

Such users obviously have no desire to join in this community. And thus only serve to cross-post sale offerings from site like eBay & co. Which (lacking any other useful / fun / interesting participation) adds little or no value to this forum. And therefore means little or no loss to the rest of us if such accounts are removed.
