Hmmmmmmmm.
Now that's new!

So it's what - touch-sense keyboard? Or something like that?

You should consider developing the project. There are thousands of ZX clones and people would gladly use such a keyboard in those machines. Of course if it would be in some case + PS/2 cable.

Or not, because clones use also F1 - F12 keys often. And more. So You'd have to add too much stuff, I suspect.
Ah well.

I am not sure if this fit to the clones as they need the molex connectors in a defined distance.
Would be maybe possible to put a keyboard controller on it with PS/2 - not thought about it yet.
It was mainly developped for the Harlequin. ;)

After longer time sold out the 48K-KLDX keyboard is back and available on sellmyretro now. There are pcb only, assembly kit and soldered/tested version available but the 48K-KDLX-R for use with the rubber mat/faceplate only. The 48K-KDLX-S standalone version is not available at the moment as the printed covers/membranes are sold out and I am quite unsure if there is still a market for this version. We will see, depending on requests.

The new pcb has a new colour (green) but this is not important as it is never seen underneath the rubbermat but has even a lower profile than the previous version (0.6mm now - was 0.8mm before) but still strong enough and it's hold inside the case as well.

Hello Pokémon,

This keyboard also will work with the Timex/Sinclair 1500s computers! Try to make some new printed covers for these computers.

Thank you very much in advance. :)

I don't believe it will work with the TS1000 since both ribbon cables for the keyboard must connect next to each other. The one pictured is on opposite sides of the keyboard which won't line up with the connectors.

It will work with TS1500.
For TS1000 there is a different layout available.
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.

The 48K-KDLX keyboards are sold out quite a few weeks now and should be available again from mid of june. There was some unexpected delay due to another project and trying to use a combined shipment for both.
