Any infos on the "CPAD" dual joystick card?

Hi,
I try to draw the schematic diagram on this Dual joystick card:
I seem to work on an address decoder, and work on 4 directions per stick.
It use:
1 TTL 74LS244N: octal buffer.
1 4068 BP: an octal AND comparator.
1 4078: an octal NOR comparator.
I have only the components side. and only the "CPAD" can be read.
It's a home-made PCB (Magazine?), no further informations.
