I found a short between 6 and 24 ... er... on the CPU that's pins... er... 33 and 37.
Looking at your picture with the memory upgrade installed, it looks like the holes where the 2114 was removed from have shorted on pin 3-4, too much solder on them.
Heating your iron and touching it to each via will melt the solder evenly.
