Here is my final 4116 tester. You can have all files from the link bellow.

Including: Part List, gerber files, arduino code, driver for clone arduino

Testing time: 11sec~

You can power the arduino from 9v dc power supply or from arduino usb (9v dc from power supply preferred)

Can it test 4164 or the higher ram models?

Nop my friend. This is only for 4116 dram IC’s. If you want to test 4164 / 41256 please look the description in video cause this project based on 4164 tester. You can find all info you need to build one.
