Fixing inherited Sinclair ZX81
Re: Fixing inherited Sinclair ZX81
I just wanted to say another big thanks for your help. I have now fitted the Traco Power regulator and replaced the failing 3.5mm sockets with new gold plated ones. It works a treat now.
Here is my 6 year old (Grandpa’s Great Grand Daughter) enjoying playing “Adventure A - Planet of Death”

Re: Fixing inherited Sinclair ZX81
A ZX81 is better than any PS5.
Black and white is the new color.
Big pixels are better for the eyes.
Membrane keyboard is a good training for the fingers.
And with missing sound you better concentrate on the game.
So what could be better than a ZX81 ?
