Eprom burner Sinclair?

Any one there know something about this Eprom burner, same size as zx80

Wow! It looks like if you mount a multi-ROM board, you have both an EPROM-burner and a ZX80.

The burner have a ins8060n cpu, it is the same as the MK14 computer, the one there was before zx80, i dont know how to connect it, and i will not do it wrong, there is tv output on it.

I have seen one decades ago, its not a ZX80 at all, although maybe inspired on one, but with a SC/MP processor its a different beast.
I remember it as a dedicated eprom programmer, unfortunately I forgot how it was called.

thank you for your answer, it could be great if someone have info how to connect it to a power supply, i got it together with a zx80
