Whats this?

I noticed this in a bundle of ZX81 stuff on a popular auction site and wondered what it was and if indeed it is actually anything to do with the ZX81?
In case it is hard to see it is an Incremental 1.2 by East London Robotics.

From the parts I see this is a 16k internal static RAM extension based on 2k static RAM IC.
no idea for what computer. Kind regards Paul

Hi chaps, this is my listing. Sadly I have no further information on what the board does. I relisted to start at 99p though. Unfortunately I sold the rest of my micros before Christmas.
