ZX-81 with RUBBER KEYBOARD??

How is it possible this ZX-81 has rubber keyboard (looking like factory stuff, not "hand-made")?

I remember seeing these years ago...

It's a replacement keyboard that it stuck on top of the original by double sided tape. I can't remember if the rubber buttons press down onto the usual flat keyboard or whether they have their own key matrix inside.

However, it is a stick on aftermarket keyboard.

i have one of those "plucked" onto a ZX81. it will give you the feeling of the spectrum rubber-keyboard . for me it worked fine - but now i have the MEMOTECH-keyboard. this is more comfortable.

Jesus, man. This setup is incredible.
All of You guys have such machines?? And I still try to buy my first Zeddy - whatever would it be. Even original 1Kb, heheh.

Anyway, can You tell me anything about Your setup? What are these interfaces? Are this diskdrive connected to ZX81? Does it work OK? And anything You consider interesting about it.

first there is the ISSUE ONE "mainboard" (with a little extra cooling) - then a printer-adapter modified with HRG and RESET - then the MEMOTECH KEYBOARD IF - then the MULTIMODUL (see below) - then an TESTMODUL (outport and some lights for testing) - and of course the ZON-X SOUNDMODULE. you can see a PHILIPS TAPE-RECORDER for the "there-is-a-risk-by-touching-the-table-loading"

the MULTIMODUL is made by KAI FISCHER (great work) from the german ZX-TEAM. you have 56k-RAM, a I/O-PORT (Z80A-PIO) for a printer/modem/USB... , the assembler/disassembler ASDIS is included and also a Commodore C64-FLOPPY-INTERFACE.

with a 486 laptop i can also load programs via cable into the ZX81 (the program i use is called ZXTAPE V3.0). it is also possible to copy programs from the laptop directly to the C64-FLOPPY. but now we have USB - so everything is easy to transfer...

i have also a ZX80-setup, and italian ZX80/81 (named TL801 - see pic), a ZX81 with FORTH, a ZX81 with the AZMIC-ROM and some other computers (COMMODORE, ATARI, SCHNEIDER, TANDY and so on). but the ZX81 was my first machine and i´m still belong to it.
