ZX81 video issue

I've now fitted a capacitor as suggested and it has seems to have fixed that particular issue which is great - thanks Mark !

But there is still a screen issue in that the screen flickers intermittently and I get coloured bands down the screen - see attached photos. Screen might correct itself automatically but I might have to power cycle to clear. It's happening pretty much immediately and not when the computer has been on for a while. It's also happening regularly and not only once in a while.

Any thoughts on this one ?
