ZX81 1983 Issue 3 Board, which has two initial problems.

Confirmed faulty ULA, just replaced the chip with a socket and the vLA81 arrived.

Checked with the old ULA in the socket, same problem, changed the old ULA out for the vLA81.
Now both issues are resolved, keyboard works fine and no more screen flicker, very nice image.

Now on to add the ZX-WESPI and internal 16Kb ram mod
