------------------
Well, why not. FAT32 would be appreciated and preferable (than FAT16) as ZX81 files are not too big. ;)
However it would be cool if it loads simply P files (the most common, I presume).
I mean - just like divIDE does on Spectrum.
But for now I can use tape-recorder too, hehehe. ;)

>AY Interface
ZON X-81
-----------------
If I remember well, from our another conversation, they were the same....?
At least I had in mind that making AY intercase would be to clone ZONX (if its schemes is available).
Finally we found they aren't. Therefore I think that comebody could try to change Spectrum's interface scheme http://zxm.speccy.cz/dok/sch/melodik.jpg into ZX81's one.
Then I really hope that Gasman could try to make a convertor of AY songs from Spectrum to ZX81 (even without interrupts).

>Joystick interface
Alternate keyboard including enclosure to place ZX81 inside. Room for internal interfaces while leaving the original backplane free.
-------------
I was wondering. Changing games' code to rewrite their key-set for such a joystick port might be difficult.
I suspect that this problem could be solved by... the alternate keyboard exactly. :)
At last, most people play games with their PC keyboard. :) So what's the different? ;) And we would still save the original beautiful and fine ZX81's keyboard, by playing games on the additional one. ;)

>Keyboard to place on top of the ZX81 keys, for those who want to keep the original keyboard but want to have something to make it more easy to type-on. Any ideas Rich?
--------------
Jee, THAT would be tricky.
But great. ;)
Well, maybe such an addition like on my avatar? :)

Greetzzzzzzz!
