THE FIRST ISSUE OF *MONOCHROME* MAG ABOUT ZX-81 - IS READY.

SUPPOSEDLY TOMORROW I WILL START SENDING IT TO GUYS WHO PREVIOUSLY SENT ME THEIR ADDRESSES.

THERE IS STILL PLACE FOR OTHERS. SUBSCRIBING IS FREE.

magazines have been sent to all subscribers just now.
Dunno how fast the post office will be. Have no idea. But I hope it will be swift. (And I don't mean the bird ).

In some time we also will upload the electronic version (in PDF) however I think it's not very attractive form.

Btw, there is still some place for new subscribers.

BTW I had a look at your demogroup's page at the weekend. I haven't LOL'd so hard for ages! I'm not being mean - I loved the fact that you seem to take joy in the fact that you're groups output is s#!£. You have a real sense of perspective that I think is missing from a lot of 'scene' activity. Congrats!

I just have a look to it...
And it's boring.
It's a software advertising book!
All contributors send you a notification about it's work ...
and they forget speek about all there jobs!

It will better if another people speek about another work!


Give us all actuality's projects and all people could make his choice...
It will more interesting !

I can't speek about my work... There's allready helps files.
But, someone can explain his point of view about it!

After your reaction for RWAP's previous want to help (with new games topic), I'm not suprised with your statement.
The louder complaining can be heard usually from people who didn't help at all.
But actually that's OK for me. I don't care so much like I was a teenager.
The mag is is just a test.
I'm a new guy actually (after some checking I found that I started my contact with ZX81 programming in 1999). So my texts (well, at last I made an effort to write them and now send them for free) are "with an eye of beholder" kind of thingie.
Maybe required for other new guys, I don't know. (There are some).
Rest of guys wrote their texts and I think they made a really good job anyway. At least they try to make anything. Not only stand up with empty criticism.
I will try several more issues and I will see. Thanx to all guys who supported the idea. And to all guys who wrote to us that they like the mag.
As for Xav, suprisingly (also to me) I regard his opinion as OK. Why not.

Maybe people making something for free, just for idea, are obsolete.
