New ToddyForth with built-in editor & block storage (Was: TasWord as editor for ToddyForth)

Here's Toddy Forth 1.5 with the new improved Screen Editor.

Changes from version 1.4:

- added words D- and CAT
- added a new version of the Screen Editor with improved functionality
- corrected the word link from S" to D< that prevented access to words D< and U<

Please use and test to see if everything is ok. Instructions for using the Editor are in the docs folder, file Editoren.txt and the Editor is in the Progs folder.

The word CAT accepts the same parameters as the BASIC CAT and must be used as follows:

S" path/name" CAT

and to list the current directory use

0 CAT

The new Editor has been improved with the following new functions:

- Delete line
- Spread line
- Copy line
- Replace line
- Insert line
- Erase line
- Go to the next block
- Go to the previous block
- Copy block
- Insert block
- Delete block
- Clear blocks
