For me is okay to have either complete ready-to-use boards or components for self soldering (as I think you dont have much time to do yourself).
There might be more people interested in.
I am not sure if it is better to make one shipment to EU and ship it internally to other people or better to ship only one item per person as this could avoid possible trouble with customs. So I would prefer second. And if one shipment get lost or late it's only one board and not all ...

Didn't you say that this board can be configured or programmed and that the joystick could simply emulate keystrokes to use with every game ?
I think I have something of this concept in my mind regarding your interface (and to lazy to read the whole thread again). ;)

Just PCB and JED would be also fine, if available.

Hahaha... Don't worry PokeMon, you can build your own joystick like this that I'm finishing:

The parts I bought on dealextreme (except the box):

And the pinout are the same used in SMS joypads (http://pinouts.ru/Game/sega_ms_joy_pinout.shtml), so standard Atari joystick are compatible too.

I will consider both options, but how many people would be interested?

I agree with you and I believe that shipping to every person is safer, despite greater shipping costs.

Exactly! And using it with the ZXPand the configuration can be automated by the ZXPand Commander and a text config file ;)

Soon I will give more details.

@PokeMon: You can get the stuff on ebay.de - a simple seach did the job: "arcade set".
And of course we have special dealers, for example: http://www.arcadeshop.de

Hi Kelly

8-) Very nice design ImageImageImage

I am still very interested in buying one set of boards from you.
At present, I do not have a GAL programmer, so it would be helpful if either you or another forum member could program the two GAL chips for me :P
I have a SRAM chip, suitable PCB mounting 9 way D-connector, edge-connector and stocks of various resistors already :D

(I live in the UK)

Step up to red alert. Sir, are you absolutely sure? It does mean changing the bulb :!:
Looking forward to summer later in the year.

For me the Board and equations would also be sufficient. And I'm interested in two boards.
Kind regards
Paul
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.
