@Moggy - yep. The board responds to both sets of 'classic' zon-x addresses. It plays the pink panther very nicely.
I took the mixer
from here and it sounds good.
I've got the layout drawn and I'm ready to order boards. Yipee!
Great that means Kmurta/Joachim's player and midi2ay will work , I've converted some classical pieces for the Zonx can't wait to here them on this wee beasty
Great work as always Charlie.
Rich will You be starting a list like You did with the Xpand or will they be straight onto Sell My Retro?

I don't think that there is a need to start a list - so when available, the units will just be listed straight on sellmyretro.com
I will mailshot the Zx81 users on my mailing list to let them know!

Are there any ZXPand-related AY music or sound demos on YouTube?

There was a bank of C64s plus some FM synths also competing for air space ;¬)

Thank you for your answer.....
I was thinking about your former request "It sounds awful though - completely distorted. Scratchy - almost like it's clipping.".
What was the problem? How did you solve the same. As I wrote I had problems too, coming from the reset line.
