libfrontpanel ported to windows

For emulator developers, please be aware I ported 'libfrontpanel' to Windows.
a 32bit dll can be found here:
http://stefanob.webs.com/emulators.htm
It permits to run the z80pack on Windows.
A nice idea could be to see the LEDS blinking on EightyOne for those esoteric self-made multi io interfaces based on the 74ls373..
