I think tape scrape could be very useful. I've been rummaging around in my mum's attic and found some old tapes with goodness knows what on them. Some are labelled "ZX81 collection" while others clearly have several Zeddy programs stored on them.

But back OT, I shall definitely try the new 1K demo games.
