...but it crashes constantly with a 2 error that I can't figure out, so it's hard to tell.
If you start it using RUN then you get a 2/22 error. If your start using GOTO 1 then it appears to run ok.
Hmm, still doesn't work for me but it's the wrong game anyway.

I think it's possible this game came from a Timex Sinclair 1000 compilation called "10 Great Games" released by Savage Software, which I can't find anywhere 🙁

A similar title can be found here which coincidently has a bomber game listed.

Hi,

This mysterious strange game must be a pure English game!
All other plans flying from the left to the right... but, not this game.

...Or, it was programmed in the southern hemisphere -Australia/Brezil/Argentina-... (the plane flying on its back side)

This game is Typescript only based on my memory of playing Bomber on a Zx81 back in the 80s. Thanks for your interest.

You comment puzzles me. Certainly you did not play a Typescript version of Bomber on the ZX81 back in the 80'ies.

No I meant there is only the Typescript version of the game. It was based on a Zx81 version of the game I saw in the 80s probably written in Z80 machine code
