Glitch in JK Greyes Breakout

Hi
Has anyone else seen this glitch that happens in JK Greyes Breakout. Its a really good game, but after you lose all your lives it seems to freak out and eventually crash.

Happens with the JS emulator above at zx81stuff, and also real ZX81 & ZXPand using same .P file hosted in zx81stuff.
Anyone else seen this? Maybe a dodgy .P file?
