3D Shark Attack

Has anyone heard of a ZX81 game - "3D Shark Attack" - not sure of the publisher, but apparently it was later bought out by Activision.

Only ones i've heard of are Shark Attack from Romik Software on the ZX Spectrum and Shark Attack on the ZX81 that was a type-in from Popular Computing Weekly 24/06/1982.

http://www.zx81stuff.org.uk doesn't show it as an MIA

I also can't find it in TOSEC collection, UnRenamed collection or my collection of undatted zx81 files.

It's a mystery!!
