I will make a final version without the display.

The screen is drawn by intrupt, like any game.
This intrupt can occur while the screen is drawn and not yet ready.
This can cause some flickering.

Explained answer:
The hires in 1K is only possible without the RAM-pack or with an altered RAM-pack.
Some game might have room to add kempstonsupport, but due to the 1K a lot of games have no room to add extra controls.

Even this game needed optimization in the code to make room for the routine.
