I can only think of Frogger. Were there any others?

Sinclair licensed quite a lot of games and put them on ZX81 cassette tapes. Virtually every Sinclair cassette. Another example: Mazogs by Bug-Byte was licensed by Softsync and sold in their own package

But perhaps you mean to ask about licensed AAA games? Or licensed arcade games?
