ZX81 for iOS loads programs now?
I noticed that the latest update says it can now load programs, but I can’t find any more info. Anyone know about this?

If you go to Software you should see this:
Click on the folder icon in the top right of the screen and it should open your Files on your device. Browse to any .p files on there to load them.

For some reason Apple has relaxed the rules on emulators recently.
