Martin from Aberdeenshire here, I’ve had a Spectrum for a while, bit the bullet on the ZX80 (most I’ve spent on a vintage computer) and a ZX81 is on its way. Got quite a collection, thought it was missing some Sinclair stuff (and they’re small (running out of room
). didn’t realise quite how small). I was talked out of buying a ZX81 in Leeds by the sales guy back in the day, 1983 I think. I ended up with a BBC model B. Cut my teeth on that and am now an electronic engineer. ZX81 piqued my interest though (my maths teacher at school (Heckmondwike Grammar) had one).
