Greetings from Augsburg, Germany

Post by Mustermann »

Hello forum members, admins and guests,

as I am older than the internet, I was able to acquire an ZX81 in the begin of 1982.
I tinkered around a lot with that device within these days until an Atari STE got my attention.
At the and there was Memotech HRG, 56k Ram and some software working with my ZX81.

Then sleeping beauty felt asleep for nearly 30 years.

In 2018 the prince arrives (ok, it wasn't a prince but only me) to wake up sleeping beauty.

A lot of things had happened in the ZX81 world in between, so I am currently to implementing some of the miracles that are possible in 8bit world nowadays.

Unfortunately I broke the PCB of my first ZX81 so I added another one to the workshop and also build a minstrel 3 ZX81 clone using the leftovers from my first device.

So the soul of my first computer is still alive after all this years.

Best Regards from Augsburg, Germany,

Max
