Hello, my name is Phil.
I am new to this forum & have found the ZX81 to be intriguing. I currently develop programs for the Atari 2600 & have for a little over four years now, but discovered this small community by accident a few days ago. I know of the other ZX machines & their history, so I am well-aware of how popular these computers were years ago.
I have acquired the fasm-zx/eightyone emu dev kit & have found it to be convenient for programming for this machine.
I look forward to continuing to learn more about this particular machine & be apart of this small community.

Hi Phil,
If you have any question about FASM-ZX let us know. I use it almost every day
I've always wanted to try programming for the 2600 -- the non-memory-mapped display is intriguing. I had an 800 and a 400 back in the day but only did minimal programming with them in BASIC

I ported some of my games from the ZX81 to the Odyssey2.
(which was sometimes quite hard to do with the small amount of RAM)
So you might be able to port some games from the 2600 to the ZX81.
