Hey there! My name is Eran, and I'm a teen from Suffolk in Great Britain.
I've been fascinated with retro computers for years, and always wanted one of my own. For years my love for programming, gaming, mathematics and my recent adoration of falconry have been more important to me than my interest in retro PCs, so I haven't sought after acquiring my own. My interests haven't changed, they're still bigger in my life than retro PCs, but, I was recently given a ZX Spectrum 128k+2 Grey model as a gift for helping my computer science tutor with his website and the infrastructure of his club so now I'm finally able to have so retro fun! I'm looking forward to getting my spectrum working, and seeing what else is possible with it!

Hello and welcome to our forum Eran!
I hope you enjoy this forum
If you have any questions, please do ask.
As you have a Speccy, you should also visit these websites:

World of Spectrum
Note these two above are independent from one another, and run by different people.
There are also various other sites, but the above are the most popular or most useful (depending on which areas you are most interested in).

Thanks! I’ll make sure to check out those sites
I must say, I’ve missed the feeling of talking on a good old forum instead of using things such as Reddit and Discord!
