I have a broken Spectrum +2A and I am trying to fix it. I plugged it in to an old TV via a RGB to SCART cable and after turning it on I get strange green lines on the screen (https://youtu.be/XHhJivRtls4). I only plugged in the board with power and the RGB cable.
On visual inspection the only thing I noticed was a bnit of brown stuff (maybe corssion) on 3 pins of the IC1 (see picture). I cleaned that up under a microscope and measured it, it seems to still have contact.
Does anyone know the problem and can help me?
Or good steps to debug and isolate the problem?
