There is Nebula from retroleum and vLA82 from tindie(new Zealand)
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.

Nebula details here and available from here (scroll down the page).

vLA82 details here and where to buy or his own sales site.
Also available from Sell My Retro and from Tindie.

I'm not aware of any other ULA replacements. And original ULA chips have not been manufactured for decades.

There's also SLAM and SLAM128 ULA replacements, they look similar to vLA ULA replacements and are manufactured in Europe, AFAIK.
Used to be available on Sell My Retro.

I don't know if SLAM and SLAM128 are still available. They don't appear to be available on Sell My Retro anymore.

The seller's name is Zaxon, he still has 2 active listings and it may be possible to contact him about availability.
