Spectrum +2 Grey PCB reset switch..

Post by kbjunkie »

Hey all,

I've been searching for a couple of days now with no result for somewhere that still sells the PCB mounted reset switch for a Spectrum +2 Grey - Does anyone have a source for them - or does anyone have one that I can pay some £'s for?

I've just finished fixing up one that I got but the reset switch was broken (completely in bits in fact!).

Thanks in advance!

Not ever having needed one, I’ve not gone looking.

Have you browsed the on line catalogues of Farnell, CPC, Rapid, ESR, RS etc? There are thousands of different switches and push button switches available. So there is hope that one may fit...

Apart from the trick of getting one that physically fits, there is nothing special about it from an electrical point of view. It is just a ‘simple’ push to make push switch (momentarily SPST).
