Thanks a lot Mark, I have ordered some new diodes. In the mean time, I had a working Spectrum which also had a new sound problem : no sound ! So I used all your recommandations from this thread and could then find the culprit : a bad speaker. So I also need to buy a new 40 ohm speaker ...
So again, thanks a million for your help !

Hello Mark, just to confirm that the culprit for the sound was diode D9. Now the sound works fine.
So in the end, this Spectrum had all these parts as bad on the motherboard :
- caps (bad video quality).
- ROM (dead, burning hot).
- one RAM chip
- D9
All I need to do now is to fix the keyboard, I have to replace the membrane and check for a strange behaviour with one key which never comes back up when pushed down.
So again Mark, thanks a lot for your patience, I feel like if I have received a complete Spectrum fixing training (you helped me to bring back to life 3 different Spectrum). Have a nice day.

No problem. It's good that you have brought some Speccies back to life ☝ 8-)
