Hi

Today I got The Spectrum from https://www.amazon.es in Spain and it was delivered with Airmee to my door.

I have packed it up and tested it and it works great.

It cost 100 Euro plus postage

Enjoy! :D

May not be a bad idea to update the firmware, but make sure you have a power supply of 2amp or greater.

There’s also a disclaimer that updating is done at your own risk.

rmbrowngr >>> Thank you very much. I will be really fun to discover the world of Spectrum that is a new world for me, I have never played on a Spectrum before.

I have a 16 GB USB memory stick to it and I read that you have to make it half the size, but I could not install 8 GB on it, so I had to install 4 GB on it and it works fine.

I have updated the firmware and I have bought this PSU

Even if I bought The Spectrum from Amazon.es in Spain it looks like it is shipped from Germany !?

I’ve been using a 32GB usb flash drive with no problems. I formatted it to FAT32 with MBR. As Windows 11 makes this a pain to do, I use AOMEI partition assistant.

rmbrowngr >>> Okej so you use 32 GB

I formatted my USB memory stick with FAT 32 with Windows 7 on my old PC

I have a Laptop PC with Windows 11
But I have never formatted with it

Hi

Maybe I am late, but now I saw that Retro Games have made a Black The GamePad to The Spectrum. So I hope to find and buy also a black gamepad.

I thought that my The GamePad is black but mine is grey and I got a Commodore cream colored with my The A500 Mini

Here is the different
