Lambda 8300/Power 3000 Mutlirom
Hello,
after a long time of absence I had little time to solder a Multirom PCB for my Lambda.
The following ROMS are currently burned:
Lambda 8300 ROM modified ZX81 compatible.rom
Lambda 8300.rom
Power 3000.rom
Power 3000 ROM with colour kit commands.rom
Just have a look here, its in german however pictures should be clear.

Hello,
we are currently discussing in the german forum, if should produce a small quantity of PCBs, about 4-8. (Even more could be produced, which may not be realistic
)
If we get 8 orders price would be about 8€ +shipping per pcb (estimated), if we only get 4 orders price would be about 13€ +shipping.
The PCB would come without any component (Eprom, etc) and must be soldered manually by the buyer. Of course if needed I can sell the parts, I have some in my storage. Price would become pretty fair.
Is someone here who would be interrested?
If enough persons will reply, I will finish the layout and perform an exact calculation and show photos here in the forum. If then all still agree I will produce the boards.
Additional ideas to be discussed:
Sbetamax suggested to have a flip flop counter for selecting the ROMs. So only one external pushbutton would be enough to change roms on the fly.

Hello,
I got now from 4 ZX-TEAM members the feedback that they want to purchase such a MultiRom PCB.
So I'll start this project now. The progress I will document here in this thread.

UPDATE:
I have now a working proto. Now we go in the following direction:
* Use Lambda Keyboard + Reset button to change the ROM configuration. Soldering needed.
* Optional use external switches to change the ROM configuration. No soldering needed.
* Design it in a way to remain ZX81 compatible.

Hi Sascha
I would be very interested in buying a PCB.
If it is possible and practical to build a working unit, consider this a firm order
Please keep us informed. Once it comes time for the money, let me know and then we can sort out payment details.
