I am using Eightyone and this is the strangest thing. All other hardware works in the emulator but the Lambda 8300 is a mystery. I have to save as an .sna file because saving doesn't work nor does opening the tape and loading as normal. Is there a fix?

In Heck, there are two options for perpetual torment:
Eat the Puckerberry and suffer for eternity:
drink nothing but a cocktail of The Last Dab and Mexican Cake blended and served with
habanero slices

The newest version of EightyOne is 1.41, as announced here.
I can load and save your program on the Lambda 8300 using the standard EO load and save methods on the lambda8300colour ROM, but not the default ROM. It looks like the only way to load and save when using the default lambda8300 ROM is with the WAV Loader. The fast load methods in EO do not currently work with this ROM. You can use the WAV Loader to convert to a P or TZX file and save it in the Tape Manager.
