Does anyone else remember FORMAT?

I remember having these delivered through the post every month for at least a couple of years. A5-size if I recall correctly.
It's all a bit of a blur now, but I may have received an order form for it when I purchased an MGT D Plus floppy drive interface for my ZX Spectrum 48K.
I never expected to find them archived anywhere, but here they are. What a blast from the past!
